Doesn't turn on when humidity drops

5 stars except for the fact that when set to constant humidity it should turn itself on when humidity drops. When set to constant humidity, the humidity sensor does not work well. It often shows high humidity (70+) and I have a feeling it can't be that high. As soon as I turn it back off and turn off the constant humidity setting, it slowly returns to around 40% humidity.
