This touchscreen is very inconsistent and too sensitive. If there is a fingerprint or something like that, it's not working properly. Also, my laptop is only 4 months old and shuts down for no reason. I've tried everything and updated everything. I have had HP for 3 years, this was a much better laptop. I will not buy another drll
