Perfect for my odyssey. It's not difficult to install once you know how. Wipers never come with good instructions, and they tend to be bad. But at least on my odyssey, the trick was to just twist the old wiper (twisting the end of the wiper arm) until the blade is almost pointing out, not in (blade points away from the glass). If you do, the blade will just pop out of your hand. A new blade is installed in the reverse order. A protective plastic sleeve to "protect" the blade in transit would look odd if our world weren't already drowning in plastic. I wish they hadn't recorded that.
