The other two lasted about 6 months before either falling apart or becoming too worn to be presentable or safe. I've been using these for about a month now and they still look and wear like new. Of course I'm tough on these things. I usually wear mine with jeans and wear a relatively wide jeans belt. I'm quite active lugging equipment in and around a pretty messy factory floor. I jump up and down and squeeze into tight gaps all day. And despite that abuse, this holster still keeps my phone safe, secure, and clean. To be honest, there was a feature I was looking for when I was looking for my third x4 holster on Amazon. I wanted one that had decent spacing between the front and back belt loops. I found that on the other two holsters I tried the loops weren't as strong as on this holster and they were about 2 inches apart. This design (fault?) made previous holsters unstable. This put extra strain on the belt loops, which eventually resulted in one of the previous holsters failing completely and the other being so worn out that I didn't want to trust it with my phone. This holster has wide belt loops that are about 4 inches apart removed and sewn twice to the body of the case, top and bottom. The central metal clip is approximately twice the width of the individual belt loops and is sewn into the pouch and then has double rivets that hold the spring clip to the back of the holster. In general. This holster is very well made.
