I own several pair of the solid-colored version with the topstitching and love them. The material of these shorts is soft, sturdy, comfortable and vibrantly-colored, but the cut of this particular pair is less curve-friendly to bending at the hip (maybe because the front leg panel is longer than the solid style). When I tried them on, I felt like I was wearing men's trunks and was less comfortable sitting. These are more for body styles that are straight up-and-down (less curvy).
