They are pretty as is, but also glow in the dark if they receive bright light beforehand.

These are fun! I use them to dress my plants and for inside terrariums. They receive bright light from the plant lights, and in the dark they glow very noticeably just like the picture, for at least a couple hours, and then slowly diminish.More than 6 months later: They are holding up wonderfully under frequent watering, misting, plant fertilizer, etc. They have a good finish on them, and continue to glow in the dark. (All indoor use, so far.)
