Review on THONSEN by Saber Spencer

I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of both the office supplies and the customer support that THONSEN provides, as I am a regular customer of theirs. My most recent order was a total bust because the labels I received were the wrong size, the indexes were missing, and the stamps were unusable because the ink quality was subpar. I attempted to resolve the problem by contacting customer service; however, the representative I spoke with was impolite, unhelpful, and unwilling to address any of my concerns. After being placed on hold for lengthy stretches of time, I was ultimately informed that they were unable to issue a refund or replace the items. The fact that the delivery of my purchase was held up for several days further hampered the operations of my company, which was an extremely inconvenient circumstance. It was not only time-consuming but also expensive for me to scramble to locate replacement supplies from a different vendor. My time spent with THONSEN has been, on the whole, nothing but a source of frustration and disappointment. My confidence in their capacity to provide dependable office supplies has been shaken by their inadequate quality control as well as their unsatisfactory customer service. I would not suggest this business to anyone seeking for a reliable and experienced provider of office supplies because they do not meet those criteria.
