Good but mine was not in good condition

Cute and big but the product I received was worn, dirty and appeared to be used. For the price it's unacceptable and of course I came back. I'm sure this was overlooked and is a quality control issue, but such a problem with pending returns and refunds. I will stop trying again. I bought blue.
