These 20-pack cartridges are okay. They do the job for my Dr. Pen Ultima X5 but they don't last as long as I'd like them to. It's like they got the job offer but don't show up to work all the time. On the bright side, they're easy to snap on and off. Overall, they get the job done but don't expect them to change your life.
