When I saw this blanket/blanket I had to order it because it reminded me of some great horse blankets I bought at a ranch store in South Dakota years ago. They were tightly woven, beautiful colors, and only $20 for a 4ft x 2ft blanket that could be used for rugs, seat covers, or even a tablecloth. This one looks very similar, but is about twice as thin, hence the price of $29.99, which is very reasonable. This one is also much larger (50" x 80"). This "mat" is also washable (Horse blankets are wool :( and it's an acrylic material according to the label. I find it very pretty, pretty and actually has many uses, although it would certainly be nice, absorbent and easy to clean on a yoga mat .
