Good design; Failed execution. I wanted to like it. It's a nice case, the pen holder is a really nice touch. The flip cover acts as a kickstand in landscape mode. Doesn't support portrait mode, but I haven't seen cases that support both screen orientations. The problem is that the corners are fragile. I ordered this case and after about a month and a half they started breaking. The return period had just expired so I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement. Before it arrived, my original case was so bad it couldn't hold my tablet. I actually dropped the tablet as it fell out of the case I was holding. Luckily nothing broke. Attempt #2 went the same way as the first. Yesterday pieces broke off at two corners, I see a crack at the third. I don't think there were drops. Maybe I'm forgetting one. However, this happens in several angles at the same time and in two different cases in a row. I'm sure the corners aren't strong enough to hold the tablet in place without loosening or breaking. My old case was the same style and I received it at the same time as the tablet. I can't remember when it was, but long enough that I can't remember when. (Due to Covid it's hard to remember anything before 2020 but it seems like it's late 2018). And I replaced that because it was peeling on the outside and really showing the age. But the corners held tight. So I know this type of design can work. Getting back to the positives, the customer service was good. No problems with replacement. I just needed some basic information and it was on its way. Maybe it was a bad batch. Maybe they can change the type of plastic used or change the design a bit to fix this problem. But currently it is not usable at all. And it looks like I'm definitely not the only one seeing this. Good luck Finty but for now I'll be buying a replacement from a competitor.
