Exactly what my momsicles needed!Unfortunately, the sizes (24mm and 27mm) that came with my medella pump were too much for me to handle. I found that using these 21mm did wonders for my session in terms of not sectioning my entire areola and breast into the flange, just the nipple and a small part of the aerola making it a lot more comfortable!Milk flow and cleaning: they don't come apart like the standard ones (three seperate pieces) I received with the pump, it's an all-in-one unit. I actually liked this idea, I didn't have to keep track of all the pieces and place them back together. I just used my babies cleaning bottle brushes and viola, done! Also, the air tubing is connected at the top of the plastic unit on the back as opposed to the bottom. I personally appreciated this a lot more- my other ones kept getting water droplets inside the tube from my milk flow and I kept going through tubing constantly. With this one, hasn't happened once!
