After two weeks I noticed problems with the laptop and called Asus but they don't provide support. The volume is very, very low, making it difficult to hold webinars or virtual calls or even listen to videos. The headphones also have a volume problem. The screen flickers intermittently and the mouse pad constantly stops working or works by itself, zooming in and out of the screen and not responding to touches. The battery life is not very long, so you are often near the outlet. One of the keys fell off immediately and cannot be put back on. I was told I could send it in for repairs but that is the only issue they will resolve. I'm an Asus fan so this is very disappointing.
