Stay away! Poor quality product and poor customer service.

Trash!. Have followed the advice to remove the dirt under the protective film but no luck. Great feel and writing surface. Just won't last long on my iPad due to dirt underneath the protective film. So update your product. It seems that when you touch it now, there is a feeling of residue. I'm sending it back because I feel like I have to wash my hands all the time. And part of the screen falls off. The seller told me to wipe the screen with an acetyl wipe to remove it. For real? Do you think I wouldn't clean the screen first? Terrible, abusive customer service.
