Cons: Mostly easy to assemble with patience. The only thing that's really frustrating is that there is a small stain on my wood and one of the holes was sealed with some kind of glue when I assembled it. I unscrewed the nut, no big deal. A loose thread hangs from one of the apartments. Pros: I can say that my little Keanu loves this scratching post a lot. He was having fun and is passing out in one of the apartments as I write this review. I really appreciate that it comes with 2 extra fluffy balls. Nice to have a set with and without bells.
