Granddaughter loves it!
Well made and the neck is not tight at all. My 4 year old granddaughter lives it. Velcro is sewn on well. It's been on an off her neck dozens of times so far, and still vekcro still attached.

- The cape may not be as soft as advertised, causing skin irritation
