Black 3 inch shorts ordered. For reference, I'm 5ft 3in, 120-125lbs and ordered a medium size. I usually don't carry my weight as much and I was concerned that my bum would sag, but no! These shorts stay put. they have to be. I've been a runner for years and the material holds up well and doesn't ride up or see through thinner materials. The strap isn't too tight like some other brands, so you can wear it even if you're feeling a little bloated. I can run with pepper spray in one pocket and a fat car key in the other without missing a beat. I usually run 5-10 miles in one run, so if they lost, they would. 10/10 recommend!
