This stand is easy to assemble. The required hex wrench is included. You will need a Phillips screwdriver. The instructions are the same as those from Ikea, only Pictures without text but they work There are probably any size screws you need to mount your TV to the stand I thought I would need shorter screws but the mounting shim kit included a set that was long enough was to work with the screws provided. Do not use a screw and gasket combination where the screw will go deep into the case and could damage the TV. A 30 degree rotation is convenient. This stand has an attractive black glass base. It's strong enough for a 32" TV. I can't comment on the big TVs, although they are more solid than the stand built into our old 46 inch Sony TV. The rubber feet under the base are bonded with double sided tape, they look flimsy but the feet seem to stay in place.
