I fought for a year and a half until I put this belt on three days ago! I was able to do things I couldn't do without pain like bending over, standing for long periods of time, walking, sitting all without pain! Of course that in itself is a miracle because I've been to my spine doctor several times this year, I was scheduled for 15 weeks of physical therapy, both in the pool and on the bench. I've also tried dry needling with no success. I will be returning to my spine doctor in 4 days. I can only imagine what he will say about this belt! Thousands of dollars were spent on a solution that would not work as quickly as this belt to eliminate my pain and allow me to perform my daily tasks that I could not do before without stopping to lie down with it the pain subside! I love it!
