As a seasoned professional in the field of sports and outdoor recreation, I was eager to test out MAKOTO's online store. My experience, on the other hand, was quite discouraging. The website was difficult to navigate, and it provided inadequate product descriptions and a restricted number of filtering possibilities. The procedure for checking out was painfully sluggish and infuriating, and there was no guest checkout option. The worst part was the customer support, which did not respond to my questions about my order and was not helpful in answering any of my questions. I would not suggest MAKOTO to anyone searching for a streamlined experience while shopping online because it is not user-friendly.
