When you marry a man who has done military service, you immediately understand the importance of equipment and tools. For some reason, everything has to be versatile, have quality material, and be able to withstand anything they can throw at it. Enter the Ka-Bar Tactical Spork - a tool so durable, even former military men love it! Weirdly it was just something random found on Amazon one day and my previous military MUST have had it. So I cheered and ordered my Prime. Upon arrival, the packaging was torn open and immediately Ka-Bar was put to the test - cutting open any food that could be pulled out, piercing food to test spores, and spooning liquid to test ability of trapping measuring liquids (seriously, it happened). The Ka-Bar knife fits into the Spor handle, which not only makes it safer to store in a lunch box, but also more discreet, even a campus steak knife is questionable these days. It was used daily for several months and still shows no signs of wear. That is hard! if my former soldier can test it and it doesn't even show wear and tear? It's worth it! I think I might buy a second one this year as a Christmas sock - in case it gets stuck in the dishwasher, gets lost or is left in the office. It's universal. The clasp that holds the two pieces together has also shown no signs of wear and is just as tight and crisp as the day it arrived.
