My 11 year old daughter chose this dress for her wedding reception and said she needed something that would twirl when she danced. It definitely does a wonderful job! Definitely plan shorts underneath ;-) We ordered based on the measurements in the size chart and they fit perfectly.

- Works little. I would suggest going up a size but other than that the dress was great. Good quality and super cute
