The first time you refill the pen is easy and very pleasant. When it's done and you need to refill, that's where the frustration kicks in. I can unscrew the top, but I can't get the piston to return to its original position. This means that even if I fill it up and put the top/brush back on, it doesn't matter because the plunger is already as high as it can go and I can't get the product to move up. I had to watch, ask, because this has been asked several times, and the answer was always: remove the lid, refill, put the lid back on. Nothing about the piston. It's a nice pen, but unless I can point out how to reset the plunger, it's disposable. I'm disappointed because I really wanted a reusable beautiful pen.
