Weak plastic bottle
I bought this item because my original blade seal broke. My blender is about 6 years old. I only needed a blade adapter but figured it wouldn't hurt to have some new bottles. 2 months after the purchase, a bottle cracked when opened and of course leaks something. My 6 year old original bottle is perfect so I think it's definitely a quality issue with the replacement plastic. Now I may have used one of the two replacement bottles more than the other new one (and of course I still use the originals). Will update if the second spare bottle also starts cracking (or not).
