Feels weird on feet

I've always liked these types of clogs and thought I'd buy a pair of non-slip ones (I remember slipping down the street whenever the weather was bad). I have diabetic neuropathy and thought clogs for chefs and paramedics on my feet would work for me. I found these INiceslipper Chef Clog Oil Flats Non-Slip Waterproof Work Shoes very comfortable for the first time. They fit my size. However, I have found that my big toe starts to chafe from friction if I wear them for more than 30 minutes. It just has an odd fit that is uncomfortable on my big toe. Perhaps the forefoot could be a bit higher in this area. I'm also having a hard time with all the protruding bumps in the sole under my foot. I don't know if the bumps are for breathability or to stimulate the foot, but I feel like wearing them without very thick socks makes my neuropathy worse. I like their durability. I like wearing them poolside and for a quick run, but wouldn't wear them for long periods of time. So if you suffer from neuropathy like me, you can choose a different constipation.
