An Easy Way To Manage Employees: NARIS GRC

The best thing I like about this software is that it helps us to keep track of our employees and their performance which makes it easy for us to identify the weak areas in the organisation. This software does not have any other features which is its only weakness. It doesn't have any other benefits.
I would recommend this software to others who are looking for an effective way to manage employees. The main benefit we get from this software is that it shows us the weaknesses in the organisation so that we can take action accordingly.

Pros

Very useful tool when managing employee's information, especially with HR management etc.The most attractive feature i liked was how you could see where your staff members were at different stages within there career path easily by having them fill out forms or surveys online! So helpful as soonas they complete one form/survey another opens up automatically making life easier!! :)I also really enjoyed using "myHR
