Love cooling effect
I was skeptical about the "cooling" part of the duvet. My 11 year old son is very hot at night and has anxiety and restless legs syndrome. I used to think of a weighted blanket but I knew it would be too warm and wouldn't use it or move it away. at night. I was surprised that it stays cool and doesn't get hot. I don't know how to explain how you keep it cool, but it is! He said it helps him sleep through the night.
