I bought this shower screen with 2 baskets along with the soap basket. Both arrived in perfect condition. There are no assembly or installation instructions, but I have experience with this type of suction cup/adhesive product so it didn't really matter to me. I have concerns about the durability of the faucet as the ceramic tiles in my shower are not flat. There's not really a lot of texture, but it's a sealed/smooth finish. I was very careful with the install so will update in a few weeks or when it falls off the wall. This could have been a 5 star product if clear instructions were included. In case anyone needs installation instructions.1. Decide where to install and thoroughly clean the entire area. Use the magic eraser and a Dawn drop to scrape and cut away soap scum or hard water buildup. ** FOR PROPER ADHESION WHEN USING SUCTION OR ADHESIVE MOUNTING WASHERS, A SUPER CLEAN AND OIL FREE SURFACE IS REQUIRED **2. Wipe down the entire surface with a clean paper towel and rubbing alcohol. Allow to air dry.3. Wipe the black suction cup with a clean paper towel and rubbing alcohol and let it air dry.4. If mounting uses adhesive discs (if the surface you plan to mount to has texture, I highly recommend that you use self-adhesive mounting discs), use a clean paper towel and rubbing alcohol to wipe the non-adhesive side of the mounting disc and allow to air dry.5. When using self-adhesive mounting discs, attach the mounting bracket to the shower enclosure or other item you want to hang on the wall.6. Carefully attach the adhesive mounting disc to the mounting bracket and remove the adhesive backing.7. Place it on the wall very carefully and press the mounting brackets firmly.8. If only suction is used, rotate the handle until it is securely attached to the wall.9. If you're using self-adhesive mounting discs, I suggest pressing on them for a few minutes before tightening the suction cups.
