UPDATE: It was pretty cold in Montana the first week of January. We wore head gaiters under our helmets to keep our heads warm. I did wear this around my neck to add extra warmth incase wind got under my jackets. You can see how loose it is around my neck, I am in the black jacket. I ended up using it as a scarf.ORIGINAL: This fleece lined neck gaiter is soft on the inside. It lacks a drawstring to tighten, so it might slide down during physical activity. It does not have any ear loops either. It seems to be staying up in my house, but the test will be in Montana when we are snow mobile riding and skiing next week. When worn as a neck warmer it’s loose, an adjustable string would keep the wind out around my neck. It measures 10” square.
