Review on Multipurpose Dough Scraper Bench Knife by Teo Alston

After taking a sausage making class where the instructor said his utility knife was the most versatile tool he had and he just loved it so I wanted one of these. I don't cook often (yet), but I like to own things. I took this scraper because the sizes went vertically as well, not just down, and the reviews sounded promising. as a permanent home when not in use. Measurements are accurate and it is suitable for both cutting and scraping with a handle that is comfortable to hold. So far after a month of use it has been an incredible purchase. The company also seems to have a high level of customer service, contacting me before it even arrived to find out why I chose their product and assuring me that if anything in the transaction doesn't deserve five stars, get in touch with them and they q do their best. I didn't reply but left a lovely review - this scraper and overall experience definitely deserves it!
