I'm the heaviest I've been currently and had to go up a size than what I'd normally do. I'm currently about 192ish pounds and 5'5-5'6. I wear a 34D (I haven't changed my bra size since I've put one weight so keep that measurement with a grain of salt). I ordered a large and it fit well. The material is a little stretchy so it held against my upper body well. One issue? The zipper. You know what cheap zippers look like? Yeah this zipper has a small cheap one that won't hesitate to snag on any strings or lace in the way so be careful with it. Other than that, the lace is nice and worth the price. The average bridesmaid dress is 140$/person, this 40$ one? I'll take it.
