They're important and they're oversized readers too, which I didn't expect. Now I no longer have to wear two pairs of glasses at the same time. I felt sick for a few days (headache, slight dizziness, slight nausea), I wasn't sure why but I assumed it could be the backlight on my device. I love to draw, so I stare at my screen for a very long time. I received my blue light glasses about an hour ago. I can't believe it but I noticed an immediate improvement. They are well made and comfortable. I am very happy with my purchase and will be purchasing a second pair for myself and a pair for my sister. Definitely recommend.
