I bought this band primarily to dress up my Apple Watch so I can wear something feminine to watch at work. I bought 2 bracelets and don't wear this one that often. I play with it and when I'm in the office it's not that comfortable as I often put my wrists on the table and the crystals get uncomfortable. Overall it is comfortable to wear and many people have commented on this. I'd recommend it - just be aware that sitting at a desk and typing all day can be uncomfortable.
