The best advice I can give you when ordering this pillowcase is to measure the pillow insert you intend to use this pillowcase with as this pillowcase is a lot is smaller than a standard baby pillow. The size is as advertised - 13.5 x 10.5 inches. I have a matching insert from this company so the pillowcase fits me perfectly. It is made of 100% cotton, the fabric is quite soft at first but gets even softer after washing. It is also very breathable and my son sleeps on it very comfortably. I also like that there is a large flap at the open end that completely covers the pillow insert so it doesn't shift or slide out.
