I have a habit of slouching when I sit or walk in front of a computer. My longstanding bad habit has contributed to my occasional headaches and neck pain for the last several years. My chiropractor told me that if I want to eliminate my head and neck pain, I must first correct my posture since the back and head are connected to the spine. Since then I've been looking for a good posture corrector. This product is very easy to put on and very comfortable to wear. The shoulder straps are well padded and the Velcro around the waist is easy to adjust. Valkros is very durable, I think it can hold many socks. It was said to wear it only 15 minutes the first time and gradually increase the time. However, the first time I put it on I wore it for over 15 minutes because I feel so comfortable I didn't even realize it had been over 15 minutes. Note that this will not eliminate the pain immediately, but will help you develop good posture so that the pain can be better managed. Whenever I'm not wearing a corrector I become more aware of my posture and correct it myself. Overall this is a great product and I would recommend it to hunchbacks like me!
