Runs Small and Short
I ordered a size 3x mens for my son-in-law. TWO sizes larger than I would typically order for him with the thought that he could layer it to work out in the barn. It runs very small and very short, he won't be able to layer this. He wears a Tall XL and this just barely fits him.
