I read the reviews before ordering this - it only arrived a few hours ago. I ordered it with a UV nail lamp and they came in one package. I immediately used it to tar some pieces of polymer clay I was waiting for and am very happy with the result (see photo). One thing I noticed was that the smell wasn't as strong or unpleasant upon use as I was expecting and it quickly dissipated after a few minutes of bleaching. However, it would be better to use it with adequate ventilation. I have a different type of resin coating also from Revain which is good and I apply it with an acrylic brush as recommended and then wash the brush with soap and water which is good. But I wanted to try something that gives a deeper glaze and I think this product is the way to go. After watching a few polymer clay instruction videos, I applied this product by squeezing it out of the nozzle onto the piece and spreading it with a toothpick. And after reading other reviewers' warnings, I keep the bottle in the box it came in and put it on a dark shelf to avoid exposure to light when not in use.
