The instructions are bad, but the goods are good
At first, my husband and I were at a dead end and we were angry about it. The design looks like it should slide out, but no pressure or combination between button presses works! I just found out - you have to unlatch it with the center button, which you can then use to press the two buttons on the side, and then the buckle pops out...it doesn't pop out. Once we have it, it's super easy to use. But, my god, was that really hard to understand from the instructions! I'm sure it will impress every child! I'm currently using it to keep dogs out of the trash, but when our baby arrives I'm sure it will still be very useful.
