mmHg. Art. seems correct. They fit snugly around the ankle and above the calf. A little difficult to get in. The only thing I can't handle is how long they are. They almost reach my knee, but don't. So you can only slide down. Due to their narrowness, it is difficult to find a good place to attach this extra material without cutting off blood circulation. They can be worn for a few hours, but no longer. You become too uncomfortable. They would be awesome socks if they were at least 2-3 inches shorter. I'm 5ft 8" and have large calves of 17-18". They fit well except for the length. If you are over 5ft 11in they may fit you.
