I'm really torn. The wall mount is great. Good system, easy to set up, very reliable. The arms are a bit stiff, but clearly very strong. Then we move on to TV mounting hardware which is flimsy and cheap. I do not understand. It's like two very different departments were responsible for making this thing. The wall department wanted to make the best possible product, and the TV editing department wanted to make something cheap and profitable. The TV mounts are flimsy and the screws are barely long enough to hold them in place. But the worst thing for me is the interface between the wall and the TV. Both halves are connected with two tiny screws, both are only secured with thumbscrews that are only 4-5 turns deep. This keeps the TV upright, but it requires no effort to rotate the TV and there's no way to make it more secure. Dust accumulation is rendering my TV inoperable. I left the little scale they provided on my TV so I could make the necessary adjustments daily to keep it level. Obviously someone was interested in this product. The wall mount is simple, intuitive and includes all the tools you need to get the job done right. Then I think they ran out of time, rushed out with a TV mount and called it a finished product. Not bad to return, but I wouldn't buy anything else.
