I have a lot of issues with light sensitivity and the older I get, the more issues I have. I've been struggling with computer screens for a few years now. Trying different monitors, adjustments on monitors, everything I could think of. On a whim, I decided to try this in hopes that it would cut the blue light enough to make it easier on my eyes. I'm only at the end of day one with them but already I can tell a huge difference. My eyes don't hurt nearly as much, nor my head. It's not perfect, but it's so much better. The privacy is great too though that's not the reason I bought it. If you struggle though with sensitivity to your screen, this is a game changer.
