I have a lot of jewelry pins and brooches. The attached picture shows only 1/3 of my collection. I wanted to store them somewhere, not stack them in my jewelry box. Also, I wanted to show them off so I could "see" what I want to wear every day. It works great and I was even able to store some different items like extra sunglasses and shoe clips. The material is durable and thick with a rubberized waterproof backing. It was a bit difficult to put all my pins in at first, but now I just put the pins back in the existing holes. I have mine hanging in my closet so it serves as a decoration too. I hung mine on a small commando hook and replaced the included rope with a lanyard. The thread that came with it was fine - I thought the ribbon looked prettier. Good buy, good price. I highly recommend this item.
