The ability to provide our employees remote access while also providing an additional layer of security for corporate data. It's easy to setup and use and we've been able to monitor all devices in real time as well as remotely manage them via mobile apps. I do not like that there are certain features that require licenses which can be costly. We have had success using this product but it does require some training before you go live. Our IT department has been able to troubleshoot issues quickly when they pop up instead of having to contact us directly.
