Mine couldn't be assembled

So obviously I'm in the minority here as many other reviews mention that there is a zip on the outside that allows you to insert a "bumper" pad into the Sleeves can be stuck running on the outside of the bed. Problem is, we didn't have lightning. In fact, we didn't have a chance to get up the sleeve at all. We literally had to rip the stitching to put it in! I assure you we turned this thing completely inside out and tried to figure out a way to assemble it without it, but there just wasn't a zipper or opening, just a fully sewn, buttoned sleeve that obviously should have included a bumper, but which had to be ripped apart along the seam to get inside. But once it was great. It's comfortable, the kid loves it, we're happy with the product, and other people obviously haven't had this problem, so maybe someone at the factory accidentally snapped one of these off, who knows. But the build-up was very painful for us.
