Brief Description: Appearance 5 stars, comfort 4 stars, price 5 stars. If you have reasonable expectations I think you will be satisfied. I wear a true size 10, my feet are not too wide or too narrow. I ordered brown 805a style loafers. I have taken the advice of several buyers and ordered half a size down and they fit perfectly. The materials and construction are very good, the shoes are light and beautiful. I used to wear them barefoot around the house to break them in first. They were a bit uncomfortable at first, and after a few hours of wearing them, my feet started to hurt a little. There were no blisters or redness. After wearing them for a few hours a day for a week, they're comfortable enough, but not incredible. They are very comfortable to wear with socks. They have adequate but below average arch support and a flexible outsole with decent traction for a dress shoe. I give them five stars for the "presentation", the shoes came with a nice note and a surprisingly nice foot shaped keychain. Jousen seems to be working on making affordable shoes with a little more class; In that regard, I think they're doing well. I had no problems with the shoes so I didn't have to deal with customer service.
