I like that you can post jobs to more than just your own site, which helps if it's not yours! You have to pay for each job posting though so this could be an issue depending upon how many people are using the service at once (which in turn depends on what kind of volume they're doing). If there were some way to create multiple accounts without having to buy another account as well then we'd probably use them again. We needed something where our team was able to share information about their time working remotely. Since most companies don't allow remote work by default, but do allow employees who want flexibility to take part, Rx provides us a great platform from which to communicate effectively while also maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
