Laptop will NOT charge even though the charger is recognized, now it has a service battery error which isn't before occurred when connecting this charger. I don't have the money to replace anything on this car. Ainop, if you see this, please give me the money back immediately. I am not interested in replacing the product as not only did you not provide the promised service but you also damaged my important and expensive car. year with very little problem. As other reviewers have noted, the build quality is good and the cable is attractive, but it only charges one of the three things I needed it for - my 2016 MacBook Pro. This is very useful but when I'm connected to my Samsung Galaxy s9 it keeps turning the screen on and off and makes a beeping sound indicating it's charging but not actually charging even though I wiggle the cable and the phone case movies. Nintendo Switch Lite just doesn't recognize it. Both cables have the same problem. It's nice to have for my laptop, but I'm very disappointed that it doesn't work with the two devices explicitly listed in its description. Do not buy this product if you value your technology.
