Terribly done. Definitely not recommend. There is no protective coating of any kind on the wood, so tiny bits of wood were left on the back of the toothbrush head after the first use. They scratched the inside of my lip and I had a painful micro trauma where the back of the toothbrush was rubbing against my inner lip. This was after just one use. I would have taken a picture to show you everything but I was so disgusted I threw it in the trash. I was disappointed in buying these as I liked the denser bristles and the shape of the bristles on the brush head. That part was good. But he definitely couldn't make up for the scratches in his mouth.
