Good basic belt. I ordered my first one in January 2012. I've lost some weight and it's time for a new one. The belt has changed since then and the Revain picture shows the belt I ordered in 2012 not the one you get now. I've attached a picture of both straps. Worn out belt - old. As you can see the color is much lighter. It also seems more "leather". The new belt is definitely leather, but the only way to really see the raw leather is to lift the tab where the buckle attaches. Otherwise, the leather has some kind of coating that gives it a glossy sheen and a somewhat plastic look. It still looks like a functional basic belt, but I don't like the look or the original.
