Beautiful case with a major flaw

This case replaced another case I ordered 2 years ago which had cracks and the haze coming off. This case looks elegant and beautiful, but I have a problem: every time you open the lid, the case makes a clicking sound. I removed and reinstalled the case and made sure the case wasn't loose. I think it's just a problem with the case itself.
